I agree with the message from Anonymous but... I also believe that as long as the Black Bloc are true to themselves and stand alone in their actions they should be allowed to do their protests as they see fit. Of course there is always the chance they are agent provocateurs too, as Anon wisely states.
One need only to look back to the Vietnam War and The Weather Underground to find violent protest groups that were pilloried by the non-violent groups and of course the Corporate Media.
But to hide among the OWS supporters and imply they are part and parcel of the OWS movement and/or Anonymous is chickenshit and should be dealt with accordingly as the Weather Underground took full responsibility for every action they committed.
Peace Police? Really? Well, lets review our radical history as you stated. Question:
How would The Black Panthers deal with The Black Bloc?
The Black Panthers had one simple way of dealing with individuals or small groups who entered their marches and started shit with police: they would (a) go into the crowd and find them, (b) physically beat their ass, and (c) forcibly drag them out of the crowd and hand them over to the police. That's right, the Black Panthers had their own security forces which handed shit-starters over to the cops directly. They were basically saying: "do what you want with these a--holes, since they might as well be working for you anyways".
That comes straight from the mouth of Black Panthers who were central to the movement, and are are still active today. In fact, one of them (who was invited by DOT supporters in Oakland to denounce principled non-violence, which he did) came out and said this directly, much to the surprise of the audience. That's what really went down.
So all this whining and complaining about 'peace police' and 'fascists' is totally ahistorical. The Panthers were of course not just more radical than the Black Block (and the WU) in every sense, they had a zero tolerance policy for tactics they felt were harmful and counterproductive to building the movement overall. They saw these types of tactics for what they were, and still remain: counter-revolutionary, anti-movement building, and reinforcing of the power structure and police state.
In short: If Black Bloc showed up to any Panther event, the Panthers would not have treated them to some sort of ongoing discussion about tactics, like the Occupy Movement has done for the Black Bloc. Instead, they would have just beat their asses to a pulp and dumped them in front of the police line. End of story.
Anon is loosely organized. I refuse to go into the system -- the IRC, because I have kids to protect, but I do know that An is truly democratic. A vote is taken on all actions. An has come out and made a very explicit message to black bloc, telling them to knock it off, or they'll be taken out. An will release their info, their IPs, their sins :) God bless anon- they're very careful to not hurt innocents- any info they release is scrubbed for personal identity, unless that person is very much guilty of being a rat-turd :) They have a social and moral conscience. I suspect a lot of black bloc is an agent provocateur tactic. Whether it be the local or national police, or a higher level. They are stirring the shit pot, to discredit the movement. Long live Anon :) WE are legion.

Also, WU is entirely different from black bloc tactics. Get your concepts together before you critique. Heres a good place to start:
