8:37 AM: For those of you who watched my interview with Bay Area Occupy streamer, J'Tao, @punkboyinsf, this effort (which he does 'round the clock) is a labor of love for him and he hasn't asked for any donations. However, he lost his camera, his Mom replaced iy and he REALLY heeds to pay her back. If you're willing to chip in a few bucks, the donate link is here.

Accept no substitutes when casually repressing students.
Whenever I need to breezily inflict discipline on unruly citizens, I know I can trust Defense Technology 56895 MK-9 Stream, 1.3% Red Band/1.3% Blue Band Pepper Spray to get the job done! The power of reason is no match for Defense Technology's superior repression power. When I reach for my can of Defense Technology 56895 MK-9 Stream, 1.3% Red Band/1.3% Blue Band Pepper Spray, I know that even the mighty First Amendment doesn't stand a chance against its many scovil units of civil rights suppression.
When I feel threatened by students, no matter how unarmed, peaceful and seated they may be, I know that Defense Technology 56895 MK-9 Stream, 1.3% Red Band/1.3% Blue Band Pepper Spray has got my back as I casually spray away at point blank range.
It really is the Cadillac of citizen repression technology.
Buy a whole case!

12:58 PM: So, Louis CK did a stand-up that complete cut out corporations - self-financed, being sold through his blog. Anyway, he's selling it for the very reasonable price of $5 and you should buy it both because he's a hugely talented stand-up and because he's cut corporations out and passed the massive savings to the consumer. Also, he apparently posted it in a way that makes it easier to pirate for some reason of benefit to the audience that I don't understand. Anyway, word is people have been buying it, not pirating it. So, here is one of my favorite ever LouisCK clips (from forever ago, but it really holds up):
4:34 PM: Boots Riley - MSM has always criticized social movements as they were happening.
