  2. It's hard for me to get over how fast this is moving.

Of course, I loved the Michael Moore video; I've never seen him so joyful. It's very infectious. Glen Greenwald, Chris Hedges, Amy Goodman--this is SOOOOOOOOOOOO much better than the fare we've been given the last 30 years.

  3. @Raenelle - moving fast? I agree, but can you be more specific?

And yes, I totally agree - everyone I interview talks about how much the conversation has changed and how they feel like they've been alone for decades.

Apparently at the end of "Capitalism: A Love Story," Michael Moore said he wasn't going to make another film until the people rose up - can someone, get me a link to that clip?

  4. Specific? Well, a general strike for one; the increasingly widespread violent response to the protests for another; the rendering of Establishment talk circa 9/16/2011 as ridiculous for another. Matt Taibbi and Thomas (married into the 1%) Friedman agreeing--I'm pretty sure that's a sign of the Apocalypse. A month ago Friedman was arguing that we needed a 3rd party to represent the center, since apparently Obama was such an uncompromising leftist extremist?!?
